(Woodville, WI) – The Appalachian Sucker Punch ASA Midwest Tour presented by Five Star Bodies is proud to announce the introduction of its new Platinum Program presented by Appalachian Sucker Punch. The program will provide participating teams with enhanced incentives, recognition opportunities, and season-long benefits aimed at supporting full-time competitors, with support from Appalachian Sucker Punch, which has come on board as a presenting partner to help sponsor the Platinum Program.
“The goal of the Platinum Program is simple, we want to help our teams compete for the entire season,” said ASA Midwest Tour Series Director Alex Gilhart. “Short track racing is more competitive and more demanding than ever, and we recognize the financial commitment it takes to run a full schedule. This program is designed to help offset some of those costs while rewarding the teams who support the series week in and week out. When our teams are able to commit to the full season, it strengthens the championship battle and ultimately benefits the fans, tracks, and the entire tour.”
Teams participating in the Platinum Program will receive a variety of added benefits designed to support their season-long efforts both on and off the track. Platinum teams will earn an additional $250 per event throughout the season. In addition, participating teams will receive enhanced digital media assets and promotional opportunities, along with other exclusive perks including a guaranteed provisional starting position when needed. Collectively, these benefits are aimed at elevating each team’s brand visibility while creating greater value for their sponsors and partners across the duration of the season.
“A lot of people behind the scenes have put in countless hours to help us reach this point,” said Marty Melo, Owner of the ASA Midwest Tour. “We’re all in this together, and programs like this are about building something sustainable for the future. Our goal is to continue growing the series, supporting our competitors, and creating opportunities that will keep the ASA Midwest Tour strong for many years to come.”
