Kaukauna, WI – Former NASCAR Cup Series winner Kenny Schrader will serve as Grand Marshal for the Gandrud Auto Group 250 this Tuesday, August 4, at Wisconsin International Raceway. Schrader is a winner at all three of NASCAR’s national touring levels and made over 760 NASCAR Cup Series starts between 1984 and 2013. In addition to serving as Grand Marshal, Schrader will also be available to meet fans and sign autographs during a special pre-race autograph session.

While his accomplishments on NASCAR’s biggest stages are well documented, Schrader has never strayed far from his short track roots. Throughout his career, he has remained one of the nation’s most active racers, competing in hundreds of events annually across the country, most recently in Dirt Modified competition. He has also enjoyed success in Super Late Models, Sprint Cars, and Midgets. Schrader is no stranger to Wisconsin International Raceway, either, finishing runner up to Joe Shear in the 1994 Dixieland 250.

Tickets for the Gandrud Auto Group 250 are on sale now, and fans are encouraged to purchase in advance to save and skip the lines on race day. Advance general admission tickets are $25, while tickets purchased at the gate are $30. Kids 12 and under are admitted FREE with a paid adult.

Joining the Appalachian Sucker Punch ASA Midwest Tour presented by Five Star Bodies on Tuesday night will be the Midwest Truck Series for the Dixieland Delight 35, making for a full evening of exciting racing action.

Grandstand gates open at 4:00 p.m., with racing beginning at 6:30 p.m. Don’t miss your chance to meet Kenny Schrader, and watch the Midwest’s best Super Late Model drivers battle for one of the Midwest’s most prestigious victories at Wisconsin International Raceway.
